Campaign not sending: what to check
A checklist for when a FollowThroo campaign sends nothing or stops part-way, in the order that solves most cases.

If a FollowThroo campaign isn't sending, go through these in order; most cases are one of the first four. To see what a single lead is waiting for, check their status first.
- Is it launched and running? In Campaigns, a draft or paused campaign sends nothing, and leads added to it wait. Click Launch or Resume.
- Is it outside your sending hours? Email only goes out during sending hours: 9 AM to 7 PM India time, Monday to Saturday, until an owner or admin changes them. A campaign launched in the evening starts the next morning. See When campaign steps send.
- Can the mailbox send? Open Channels. If the Email card says Reconnect needed, a mailbox can't sign in, so it isn't sending or reading replies. Connect it again.
- Are there credits? When the day's credits run out, steps wait until credits are available again. See How credits work.
- Is the desktop app running? LinkedIn steps only happen while the FollowThroo desktop app is open. The LinkedIn card in Channels says Desktop offline when it hasn't been seen for a day.
- Are emails waiting for review? Emails Throo writes for each lead wait for your Approve unless the step sends without review. Those leads show waiting for your review.
- Has your plan ended? For 14 days after a plan ends the workspace is read-only and nothing is sent. See When a plan ends.
- Can the lead receive it? Someone who unsubscribed or has no email address skips email steps, and an address that bounced isn't emailed again. A WhatsApp step needs a template Meta has approved.
