How credits work
Each plan gives a daily allowance of credits. What uses them, what's free, and what happens when they run out.
Last updated
Each plan comes with credits every day. They refill at midnight in your workspace's time zone and don't roll over. Today's allowance is used first, then any top-ups.
What uses credits
- Email or WhatsApp message
- 1 credit. WhatsApp also has Meta's own per-message fee, billed to your WhatsApp account
- LinkedIn connection request
- 3 credits, or 5 with a note
- LinkedIn message
- 2 credits
- Finding a LinkedIn contact's email and phone
- Up to 3 credits
- AI reply draft or AI-written LinkedIn message
- 2 credits
- Adding people from LinkedIn with the extension
- 1 credit per 10 people
Throo, the AI agent (Scale plan)
- Each Throo reply
- 2 credits
- Each thing Throo builds, changes or adds (a template, a campaign, a batch of leads)
- 3 more credits, at most 15 a reply
- Through Claude or ChatGPT (the MCP connector)
- Reading is free; 3 credits for each thing built or added
Welcome bonus: finishing the welcome questions adds 200 credits once per workspace. They sit with your top-ups, don't expire at midnight, and can be spent once a plan is live.
Free: importing a spreadsheet, adding leads, the CRM, the inbox (including replying by hand), reports, and test sends to yourself.
You only pay for what happened
Credits are set aside when something starts and kept only if it happens. A skipped, failed or delayed send costs nothing.
When credits run out
- Nothing is lost. A campaign step waits for the next midnight.
- A LinkedIn request stays queued as Waits for credits.
- An import brings in what your balance covers.
- You see a banner, and owners and admins get one email a day.
