Inbox and Outbox: replies and everything you sent

Inbox collects replies from email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp in one place. Outbox lists everything FollowThroo sent and what happened to it.

Last updated

FollowThroo keeps two lists of conversations. Inbox holds what people send you: replies across email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp, in one place. Outbox holds everything that went out, from campaigns and by hand, with what happened to each message.

Inbox

  • Filter by channel, or show only Unread. A conversation opens beside the list.
  • Write your answer under the conversation and send it. Answering by hand costs no credits.
  • Mark a conversation Interested, Not interested or Out of office to sort your replies.
  • A message that doesn't answer anything you sent shows as New message — not a reply to a campaign.

What FollowThroo keeps from your mailbox

FollowThroo reads your connected mailboxes only for mail that concerns your leads: replies to what it sent, messages in conversations it already tracks, and mail from people who are your leads. Everything else, such as newsletters or personal mail, is looked at only long enough to decide, then left alone and not stored.

Outbox

Outbox has three tabs: Messages sent, LinkedIn invites and LinkedIn messages. Each line shows what sent it, a campaign or Not from a campaign for something sent by hand, and its status. A Bounced email couldn't be delivered, and that address isn't emailed again.

How replies stop campaigns is explained in How a reply stops a campaign on every channel. If a reply is missing, see A reply is missing or didn't stop the campaign.
