Team reports: Ageing, Team and Control tower
The FollowThroo reports for managers on Grow and Scale: which leads are going stale, how each person is doing, and what needs fixing today.
Last updated
Besides Reports, FollowThroo has reports for running a team. Ageing, Team and Control tower come with the Grow and Scale plans, and Escalations with Scale. Find them as tabs beside Reports. On a plan without them, the tab says which plan includes it.
| Tab | What it answers | Plans |
|---|---|---|
| Ageing | Which open leads have gone quiet: grouped by days since anything happened (0–7, 8–14, 15–30, 30+), by owner, with lists of stale high-value leads, overdue tasks, leads with no next task, and leads too long in one stage | Grow, Scale |
| Team | One row per person: contacts handled, outreach, replies and reply rate, average response time, qualified leads, wins, open and overdue tasks | Grow, Scale |
| Control tower | What needs fixing today: conversations waiting for a reply, overdue high-priority tasks, failed automations in the last 7 days, running and paused campaigns, desktop apps offline with work queued, and each campaign's health | Grow, Scale |
| Escalations | Deadlines per pipeline stage: how many were met, how many were breached, who was told and when | Scale |
Good to know
- People are measured by the leads they own. There is no combined score for a person, only their facts.
- Average response time counts only responses that could be timed, and says how many that was.
- A desktop app counts as online when it checked in within the last few minutes.
- Every row links to where the problem is fixed: the lead, the task or the campaign.
