Add brand guides, case studies, product sheets and past posts to your Brand Brain so FollowThroo's AI writer can use real details. Open Posts, then Brand Brain, and click Add files. Brand Brain accepts PDF, Markdown (.md), plain text (.txt) and PNG, JPEG or WebP images. An image is described in words, so what it shows can be found.

If something goes wrong

"Brand Brain takes PDF, Markdown, plain text and PNG, JPEG or WebP images."
Word documents, slides, web pages and archives aren't accepted. Save the file as a PDF or plain text and upload that.
The upload is refused for size or space.
The message names your plan's limit and the plan that allows more. Remove files you no longer need, or split a large PDF.
A file says Failed.
Read the reason under its name. A PDF made only of scanned pages may have no text to read; use one with real text. Then click Reprocess, or upload it again.
The same file is refused a second time.
Brand Brain keeps one copy of each file. Remove the old one first to replace it.
A post doesn't use your file.
Passages are found by the words in the topic and brief. Use the words your file uses, or put the key facts in your profile, which the writer always reads.
