Your workspace's data is yours to take or remove. Open Settings, then Privacy & data, to export a copy of a workspace, delete it, or delete your own account.
Export a workspace
- As an owner or admin, click Export workspace.
- The export runs in the background. It appears on the page when it's ready to download.
- Download it within 7 days. After that the file is removed, and you can export again.
The export is one file with everything the workspace holds, except passwords and sign-in keys for mailboxes, LinkedIn and payments. It's stored privately and only owners and admins of that workspace can download it.
Delete a workspace
- Only the owner can delete a workspace. Click Delete workspace and type DELETE to confirm.
- It is deleted 7 days later. Until then everything keeps working, and the owner can cancel from the same page.
- Deleting removes the workspace's contacts, conversations, campaigns, tasks, files and settings, and disconnects its mailboxes at Google or Zoho first.
- Kept by law or as a record: payment records, and the record that the deletion was asked for and carried out.
Delete your account
- Click Delete my account. It happens immediately and can't be undone.
- Your sign-in, memberships and consent records are removed, your mailboxes and LinkedIn connection are disconnected, and a workspace where you were the only member is deleted.
- Leads and tasks you owned stay with the workspace, unassigned.
- If you're the only owner of a workspace that has other members, make someone else the owner first.
Unsubscribes and the suppression list stay for the life of the workspace, so opted-out people stay opted out: see Bounces, unsubscribes and opt-outs.
