Check what the extension imported
The Logs list shows every page the extension read, what it found, and any errors.

Open Channels, then LinkedIn, then Your LinkedIn, then Logs.
Each line shows the page that was read, how many people it found, how many were added, when, and any error.
If a line says the page could not be read, LinkedIn has probably changed how that page looks. It does not mean anyone was turned away, and nobody is added from a page that can't be read. Tell support the kind of page and the error shown.
